Beach Ocean Theme Classroom!

I found all these great things at Dollar Tree to decorate my class in a beach/ocean theme. I also have been shopping on TPT and found a lot of cool theme stuff as well. I found Rule Posters, Parts of Speech posters, word family sorts and 10 frame number posters all in a beach/ocean theme. I am looking into getting a bathtub for my kids to read in and a small plastic swimming pool to fill with sand and magnetic letters for a word work station. I also am going to use a calendar journal this year so my kids will get more practice with all those new math skills introduced in First Grade! I put it together from various pages I found online and used Calendar Companion {K-2 Printables to Supplement Your Daily Calendar} that I  purchased from TPT.

I can't wait to start decorating my room, but looking forward to a relaxing July 4th and family vacation first. Back to work in August! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer vacations.
