3D Shape Fun!

Sun and Moon

We created flow maps to show how the sun moves during the Day. We also compared facts about the sun and moon by creating our own Venn diagrams.

Constellations!

We read Zoo in the Sky and created our own animal constellations and wrote stories about them.

 

Phases of the Moon!

We used Oreos to create the Phases of the Moon.

How to Writing!

We learned how to blow bubbles with gum from our 3rd grade reading buddies. Then we wrote step by step instructions on how to blow a bubble. Finally, we created our faces blowing bubbles using balloons.

 

 

Seasons!

We learned all about the four seasons and identified types of weather, clothing we would wear, how plants change, and activities we do in each season. We created a board for each season to display for open house.

We celebrated Dr. Seuss' Birthday by making Cat In The Hats and reading his books in the Library!
